Privacy
This site contains no forms and collects no personal data of its own. This page describes what happens nonetheless, and what becomes of the data you entrust to us when you write to us.
What the site collects
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. No profile is built from your browsing. Server technical logs temporarily retain the IP address and timestamp of requests, for security and diagnostics only.
The messages you send us
When you write to us, we process the data contained in your message: your identity, your contact details and whatever you choose to describe. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry, then performance of the contract if an engagement begins.
Retention
Exchanges that lead to no engagement are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Documents relating to an engagement follow the statutory accounting and contractual retention periods.
Who has access
Your data is neither sold, rented nor passed on for prospecting. It is accessible only to the people at Peregrine working on your file, and to our hosting and email providers, established in the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to portability. Send your request to the contact address on this site; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
Artificial intelligence processing
Where an engagement includes an AI layer, the place of processing, the provider chosen, the no-training clause and the retention period are written into the scoping document, before any development. No production data is sent to a third-party service without that written agreement.
